Christopher De Leon graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and started his pipeline career working with Energy Transfer as a Pipeline Integrity Engineer where he was responsible for company in-line inspection (ILI) standard operating procedures, ILI program, and the integrity of several transmission gas pipelines. He has now been with ROSEN since 2013 where he has served as Manager of Products and Services for the business segment Pipelines, and now as Head of Integrity Solutions (INS) for US, Mexico, and Central America. He strives to improve pipeline safety through ROSEN’s portfolio and Innovation Center in Lingen Germany. At ROSEN his major developments include RoMat PGS and Pipeline DNA, the Crack Management Framework, and the business associated with post ILI integrity engineering. He actively promotes pipeline safety using technology, innovation, and best practice through PRCI, AGA, API, INGAA, and Regulators.
