Michael R. Comstock (Mike) is the co-founder and Principal of C&M Regulatory Pipeline Consultants. C&M consults with clients to provide them with regulatory information necessary for the safe and efficient operation of their natural gas pipeline systems.
Mike has been in the natural gas industry for 35 years. He has held positions ranging from Construction Laborer to Director of Gas at the City of Mesa, Arizona.
Nationally Mike has served as the Chairman of the American Public Gas Association (APGA) and as a member of GPAC (formerly TPSSC), representing public utility interests in the formation of regulations which affect the natural gas industry.
Mike also served the natural gas industry as one of the original members, representing APGA, on the REG-NEG committee which established the foundation for today’s Operator Qualification Rule and also as Chairman of the ASME B31Q Technical Committee for Operator Qualification.
Mike is a native Arizonan and resides there with his wife Josie, chasing around their four grandchildren.
